Founder

John was our broker and leader, with more than four decades of experience in the field of real estate in Jacksonville and the North Florida Region. He had his B.A. in Real Estate Economics from of the University of North Florida and was a great resource to those around him. He provided countless customers superb service over the years.

Broker

The tradition continues as Aaron has this same passion for real estate as a seasoned and experienced second generation licensed real estate Broker. A rare "true native" of Jacksonville, he has been with Florida Coastal Jacksonville Realty since 2011 and provides us with leadership and direction in his role as broker. He instills a practice of professionalism, fairness and excellence in service to the team. Customers are what drive us so he loves to assist anyone from the individual to the investor. Whether you are a buyer, seller, tenant or owner he strives to provide you with all of your real estate needs and maximizing your ROI. He says, “Jacksonville is my home town and after living here all my life plus having a father that was a real estate broker for almost 50 years, very few have the knowledge of the business, the market and North Florida like I do.”

Broker Associate

Carol is a licensed real estate Broker Associate and certified Home Stager.

She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). According to the National Association of Realtors:

Carol loves maximizing a home’s appeal through well taken photos. She enjoys helping people and making things run smoothly. She likes being part of a company with a team approach and cutting edge technology that makes a difference for clients.

Carol has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned credits at the masters level in business administration from Bradley University. She has 10 years of administrative experience at the senior management level, including heading a division with 300 employees and a 13 million dollar budget.
